  • Announcement: PSL starts TestingPartner Program also in Europe. Vistec Semicondutor Systems in Germany started to participate in this scheme.
It is a simple, low-cost way to certify compliance with several standards such as SEMI F47, SEMI S23 or SEMI E6 and more.
It is based on PSL's latest generation of test equipment, which -- if you allow it to -- lets us look over your shoulder electronically while you perform the tests. Available only from PSL, this TestingPartner approach costs less, is easier to schedule, and gets your report and Certificate in your hands faster.
